Leiard is a Dreamweaver who taught Auraya when she was a child. He lives in Oralyn. He fears being around Circlians, especially around the White. He has a bad memory and he does not remember anything before he became a dreamweaver.
Leiard noticed that he has too many Link Memories of Mirar. He is appointed Dreamweaver Advisor to the White and as part of his first task, he goes to Somrey with Auraya and Mairae. There he met Dreamweaver Elder Arleej, who suggested him to get an apprentice, as links could help strengthen one's personality. He offers Jayim the possibility of becoming his apprentice, and he accepted. He begins an affair with Auraya, before she parted to Si, which they decided to keep secret, but when it is found out he is told to stay away by Juran.
Leiard discovers that now Mirar can talk to him and in some special cases, he can control him.
After the War, Leiard returns to help the wounded, there he met Emerahl, who was able to recognise Mirar in him and took him out of Hania.
Emerahl took Leiard with her to a cave in Si, where there was a void, there she taught him to hide his thoughts from the Gods. During their stay, Emerahl discovered that she could call Mirar or Leiard by their names and immediately, their personas would copntrol the body. Emerahl told Leiard and Mirar about the Tower Dream she had been having every night. Mirar dream linked with her to check the dream and they discovered that the one projecting the dream was actually Mirar. They discovered the meaning of the dream and they found out that Leiard was not a real person, but, he was a creation of Mirar's. He had created Leiard when Juran had tried to kill him. He had survived and had created another personality using his aspects he wanted to hide the most. He did this to survive to the Circlians, by making them think that he is just anther dreamweaver. The result of this was that, as Leiard is what Mirar wants to suppress of his own personality, they often find themselves arguing.
Now, Mirar controls the body almost always, Leiard often talks to him and they continue to argue constantly. But, after thinking a lot, he decided to accept Leiard, not as a thought or a person in his head, but as a part of him. When Mirar did this, he concluded that he loved Auraya. After Mirar accepted Leiard, he stopped being a presence in his head. He couldn't talk to him now.
